Custom Designs
When you need more than standard truss to complete your creative vision just ask. Our staff will work with you from design through the manufacturing process to create a custom product for your project or event. Our designers use Solid Works to model your design in 3D so that you can see, review, modify and approve your project prior to production.
12’ OD circle truss. Constructed from 12” Euro Box Truss with custom corners, and a custom center hub with truss spokes.
Hanging in the lobby of Columbus McKinnon Corp headquarters. Constructed from 12” Heavy Duty Box Truss, Applied also fabricated custom hooks for the CM motor chain to hang from.
Team Hot Wheels completed the world record distance jump in a four-wheeled vehicle, from an Applied 120’ truss tower constructed from 36” x 36” Heavy Duty Box Truss.
Massive scrim holder hanging in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This 78’ circle is constructed from 12” Heavy Duty Box Truss and contains an inner support system of Ladder Truss.
Fabricated for a private Halloween event. This 18’ tall spider web was constructed from 1.9OD aluminum truss tubing and built into five pieces for ease of transportation.
This custom trade show booth was constructed from 12” Euro Box Truss with custom brackets to hold the Sabian cymbals on display.
Constructed from 12” Light Duty Tri Truss and powder coated sea blue. This tower was built for the University of Hawaii Marine Science department to measure sea temperatures and currents.
